Health & Safety Guidelines

COVID

The Cultural Center is committed to the health and safety of our patrons, guests, our artists and staff. Like many other performing arts centers, we have implemented new health and safety protocols to address these issues while visiting the Cultural Center.

All patrons, guests and staff that are eligible for vaccination as defined by the CDC are required to be vaccinated for admittance to the indoor facilities of the Cultural Center to include the theater, Compass Room, Library, Museum, and Offices. In the event that a person is not vaccinated due to medical, religious or personal reasons, then admittance will be granted upon the successful completion of a negative COVID 19 PCR test within the past 72 hours. Those patrons or guests that opt for the submittal of the negative test or who do not qualify for vaccination due to age (young children) will be required to wear a face mask at all times within the indoor spaces. Masks will be optional for fully vaccinated people throughout the facility.

Any outdoor events, including the two scheduled outdoor concerts, will not require vaccination or testing, however, all attendees are urged to wear masks and maintain social distancing.

Self-Check: If you, or others you have interacted with have experienced any symptoms of illness such as fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath or sore throat, within the past 14 days, please stay home. We will be happy to provide a refund for any tickets.

Note: All policies are subject to change as circumstances and public health guidelines evolve. Updates will be posted on this page. Ticket holders who are unwilling or unable to meet the masking, vaccination or test requirement for entry as defined above will be provided a refund of any purchased tickets.
